Not the best looking boots in the world, but all day comfortable on and off the bike. Easy to get in and out of with zips on both sides. Can't vouch for the protection as I have not had to try it and hopefully never will. But I can vouch for their waterproofness, having ridden from Calais to Ghent in an absolute storm I was absolutely bone dry under my gear, in fact the stuff was so waterproof (Rukka Athos jacket, Rukka Unit trousers) I made huge puddles on the hotel floor as the water ran off. Again when riding up to Tamworth, rain all the way no water got in these. personally I think a great pair of boots and well worth the cash, 5 year guarantee as well. Clothing Review
