I needed good protection off road without being to bulky when on road and I didn't want the stiffness you get from a dedicated MX boot. The moment I slipped my feet into the Comp 5 I was sold! This boot is so comfortable, even the first days ride with them they felt like were already broken in. Taken them out on some very wet days, gone through a few rivers with them and I am very pleased with the water proofing of them.
Would recommend these very reasonably priced boots to anyone. As far as size; I am a 44 and the 44 fits perfectly which is handy to know if ordering online.
