This is marketed as an all season adventure jacket, and that is what I based my purchase on.So far it has kept me warm in below freezing temperatures on my 20mile commute to work with only a T-shirt and fleece underneath. I haven't worn it in a total downpour but so far its remained dry inside. I really like how the sleeves adjust and how the zips work both ways to allow ventilation in warmer weather. There is also ventilation panels in the front and rear, with a large rear pocket to store the liners if you wish to take them out. The armour is non intrusive to the point you don't notice there is any, and there is reflective panels on the front and rear to aid visibility. On the whole I really like this jacket, after years of wearing leather only for my first experience of textiles I am very impressed.

After less than 4months I had problems with the zips on the sleeves, they would keep coming undone, Revit would have taken it back and replaced them but as I work in a factory with sowing machines I got them to send me some replacements and had them fitted but after another 3months they failed as well so I replaced the Jacket with a secondhand Rallye 1 and its been no problem at all.

Rev'it Sand Jacket

GB thanks for the review. I have bought the jacket and well pleased so far. Ventilation looks perfect for my trip to Daytona Beach Bike Octoberfest. Hope the hand is better now
