An adventure travel company is offering ABRs the chance to get rough and ready through the jungles of Cambodia with Dakar riders Craig Bounds and Tamsin Jones.
Global Enduro's Cambo Enduro Rally Raid will see riders cover approximately 1,300km of mixed terrain over 12 days from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap following lesser-known jungle trails, the 'Death Highway', and along the banks of the Mekong River.
“I can’t wait to get out to Cambodia to experience everything this amazing country has to offer,” says three times Dakar veteran Craig Bounds. “From dirt biking jungle trails to floating the bikes upriver, Cambo Enduro Rally Raid is going to be immense!”
Cambo Enduro will take place 15-28 January 2012 and costs £1,895. The Trip is aimed at experienced riders who want to explore Cambodia further. Riders should be capable in off-road situations and expect the unexpected. The price includes Honda XR 250 hire, accommodation, transfers, breakfast and dinner, expert guides, mechanics and UK medic, required permits and support vehicles. For information, see www.camboenduro.com or call on 01225 333300.
