Get together in London on Thursday 1 December this week from 7pm for a good ol’ knees up at the Dakar rally party in Nottinghill where there will be no shortage of entertainment.
Following the success of the "D-Day" ride that saw over 30 supporters parade through the big smoke earlier this month, Dakar team GB is laying on an evening of bike-based fun to introduce the Dakar rally, support chosen charities and launch Dakar into 2012 with a lively celebration.
The three riders from Team Dakar GB, Toby Younger, Jago Pickering (Team Desert Rose Racing) and Stan Watt (Team Frontrow GB) will be present and correct as well as a host of other biking enthusiasts. The event will be hosted by one of British comedies biggest names, ABRing funnyman, Ross Noble. Visitors can look forward to a Dakar presentation by team Dakar GB as well as the opportunity to win some one-to-one off-road tuition with Dakar legends Craig Bounds and Patsy Quick.
Other highlights include the opportunity to win signed memorabilia, holidays to South America , and VIP Chelsea passes and there will be food, music, a bar… and loads of free bike parking space.
